    • Recognize why every successful initiative begins with a strong guiding dream.

    • See how vision serves as the foundation for strategy, funding, and operations.

  3. Identify what makes their dream unique.

    • Pinpoint the distinct needs, communities, or opportunities they are addressing.

    • Begin framing their dream as a story that can engage partners, donors, and clients.

  4. Prepare for the next step (Reality Check).

    • Understand that after defining the dream, they will examine their current systems, resources, and challenges in Lesson 2.
